This program is designed to help local teachers affordably purchase their first home in Palm Beach County. Our Teacher Purchase Plus program offers financing up to 105% of the purchase price with understanding guidelines and low interest rates.

The Teacher Purchase Plus has been modified to be an ideal first time home buying tool. The criteria needed for this program including income, property location, and credit requirements are some of the major factors in determining eligibility. Please realize the criteria has adjusted to allow for maximum eligibility.
